Hair removal that’s not permanent via AUREOLED® LED costing $3000+ for only 18 sessions. The staff will simply tell you hair removal is never permanent but not stated during the purchase of the package. Hard sell during 2nd session and attitude me when I did not take it up.

I had a concerning experience with one of their staff during an underarm hair removal session. While performing the session, she pressured me to purchase another package of a different treatment and repeatedly inquired about other services. Despite my repeated refusals, she proceeded to perform the underarm session for just 2 minutes. I sincerely hope that the previous team, including the assistant manager, returns to the same branch. The constant rotation of staff is frustrating, and the request for Google reviews to boost the image of the new team is unreasonable. Above all, my primary concern is receiving the service I paid for. Although the products and machines they have are of good quality, if the staff fail to deliver the service properly, it wastes our money. With this issue, their treatment and service are not consistent.
